This site describes products we manufacture and provides information intended to help you specify one. It is a catalogue and an enquiry system. It is not a shop: there is no cart, no checkout and no payment processing anywhere on it.

Submitting an enquiry is a request for a quote. It does not create a contract, reserve production capacity or commit either party to anything.

We take reasonable care to keep this website accurate. Product descriptions are general in nature and describe the type of product rather than a specific manufactured item, because every item is made to order.

Guides and educational articles are general information, not advice about your particular site. They do not take into account your ground conditions, your existing structures, your local planning controls or your specific requirements. Where a page says to check something with your council or a qualified professional, that instruction is deliberate.

Nothing on this website asserts compliance with any Australian Standard or regulatory requirement. Where compliance matters to your project — pool barriers being the clearest example — it must be confirmed independently for your specific installation.

Photographs on this website are of products we have manufactured. Captions and alt text describe what is visible in the frame and nothing more; we do not attach project locations, client names or dates.

Because each product is made to order, a photograph illustrates a style rather than a specification. Slat spacing, dimensions, colour and hardware in a photograph are those of that particular project, not a standard. Where a photograph shows a related configuration rather than the exact one on the page, the page says so.

Technical diagrams are schematic illustrations of a style or arrangement. They are not to scale and are not fabrication drawings.

No price, price range, estimate or indicative figure is published anywhere on this site, and none should be inferred from it. Pricing exists only in a written quote prepared for a specific project.

The content, photography, diagrams, written material and design of this website belong to us or are used with permission. You may view, share links to and print pages for your own use in considering a project. Republishing content or reusing photography elsewhere requires our written permission.

Where this site links to a council, regulator or other external organisation, that link is provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

We aim to keep this site available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, hosting issues and network problems can all interrupt it.

If a quote enquiry fails to send for a technical reason, the form will tell you so rather than pretending it succeeded. If that happens, email us directly instead.
