How supply-only works
You measure, we make, a courier delivers
Supply-only is straightforward, and the whole thing turns on one point: the measurements are yours. We build precisely to the figures you provide, which is exactly what makes the product fit — and exactly what makes it not fit if the figures are wrong.
So measure carefully. Width at the top, the middle and the bottom of the opening, because openings are rarely square. Height on both sides, because ground is rarely level. Send a photograph taken square-on to the opening, showing what the gate or fence will fix to on each side. If anything about the opening is unusual — a pier that leans, a step in the ground, a driveway that falls across the gate line — tell us in the enquiry rather than leaving it out.
From there we quote, you approve, the product is fabricated and powder coated, and it is packed and freighted to your address. Inspect it on arrival before the driver leaves if you can, and photograph anything that looks like transit damage immediately.
