Privacy Policy
We collect the minimum we need to quote your project and reply to you. This page sets out exactly what that is and what happens to it.
This document applies to the current version of this website.
What we collect
When you send a quote enquiry through this website, we receive the information you type into the form and any files you choose to attach.
- Contact details: name, email address, phone number and preferred contact method
- Project details: address, suburb, postcode, property type and timeframe
- Product selections: the product, dimensions, colour, privacy preference and other configuration you chose
- Anything you write in the notes fields
- Files you upload (JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC or PDF)
- The page you were on when you started the enquiry, and the date and time it was submitted
Why we collect it
To prepare a quote, to reply to you, and to keep a record of what was quoted so that we can refer back to it if you order. That is the whole purpose.
Your project address and suburb are used to work out whether the job falls inside our Sydney installation area or is a supply-only order, and to estimate freight.
How enquiries are handled
Enquiries are emailed to [email protected] and are also stored on the server that runs this website so that an enquiry is not lost if an email fails to deliver. Uploaded files are stored alongside the enquiry record.
Access to stored enquiries is restricted to authorised staff through a password-protected administration area. Enquiry records are not published anywhere on the public website.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked for a quote.
Information may be disclosed to a supplier, installer or freight carrier where that is genuinely necessary to fulfil your order, and where required by law.
Analytics and cookies
This website may use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how pages are used and which pages lead to enquiries. Those tools set cookies in your browser and collect usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type.
Analytics is only active when analytics identifiers have been configured for the site. If they have not been, no analytics scripts load at all. The quote form itself does not require cookies to work.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so does not affect your ability to browse the site or send an enquiry.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry submissions are validated and sanitised on the server, uploads are restricted by file type and size, and submission rates are limited to reduce abuse.
No system is perfectly secure. Please do not send identity documents, financial details or other sensitive information through the enquiry form — we never need them to quote a gate.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for as long as they remain commercially useful — to follow up a quote, to service an order, and to meet record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete an enquiry that has not resulted in an order.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected].
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a privacy matter, you can raise it with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page. Material changes to how enquiry information is handled will be reflected here rather than applied silently.
